An account is paused when its trial, complimentary plan or subscription ends without a paid plan. Nothing is lost: choose a plan and it unlocks at once.

Overview

While an account is paused:

• Admins who sign in go straight to Billing, which shows Paused: choose a plan to keep using TekStacks.
• Everyone else sees This account is paused and can only sign out.
• Admins can still open Data export and download every record (see Data export).
• After a set number of days paused, the account and everything in it is deleted. Billing shows the date.

There is no switch to pause an account on purpose; an account is paused only when its plan ends.

Requirements

• Role: Admin to unpause (Plan and billing).

Steps: unpause the account

1. Sign in. As an Admin you land on Billing.
2. Click Renew plan under Pick up where you left off on plan, or choose any other plan.
3. Enter your payment details.

The account unlocks as soon as the plan is in place.

Emails you receive

• your trial has ended: when the trial ends and the account is paused.
• (company) will be deleted on date: 7 days and 1 day before deletion, to the billing email.

FAQ

My subscription was canceled. When is it paused? At the end of the period you paid for. Billing says your plan stays until that date.

What happens if I do nothing? The account is deleted on the date shown on Billing (see Deleting your account).
