Every change anyone made in your account: who made it, when, from where, and the values before and after.

Overview

The Activity page lists every recorded event, newest first: equipment edits, sign ins, role changes, settings changes and more. Each entry shows When, Who, What and the Changes, with related records named rather than numbered. Entries can never be edited or removed.

Requirements

• Role: Admin (See the activity log, which only the Admin role has).

Steps

1. In the sidebar, open Administration, then Activity.
2. Use the search box to find text in What.
3. Click Filter to narrow the list:
   • Kind: the area, such as auth, security, billing or settings.
   • Actor: User, Guest, System, Sync, API or Platform admin (TekStacks support).
   • When: a From and Until date.
4. Click an entry about equipment to open that equipment.

To see the IP address of each entry, turn on the IP column from the column toggle.

Note: Each piece of equipment also has its own history on its page (see History). The Activity page is the whole account at once.

FAQ

Can someone delete an entry to hide what they did? No. Entries cannot be edited or removed, by anyone in your company.

What is a Guest or Sync actor? A guest is someone who is not signed in, such as a person reporting found equipment from a QR label. A sync is an automatic update, such as the employee sync from Microsoft Entra ID.
