Look across every client at once: one equipment list, one employee list, and the rest of the app showing everything.

Overview

Choose All clients in the switcher and lists stop filtering by client. The page heading and sidebar read All clients. The equipment and employee lists add a Client column, and say "Every client. Pick one in the switcher to add equipment." (or employees).

Use it to answer questions across the whole book of clients, such as which laptops are out of warranty anywhere.

Requirements

• Role: any user.
• Plan: MSP (the Clients feature), with clients turned on.

Steps

1. Open the switcher at the top of the page.
2. Click All clients.

To go back to one client, open the switcher and pick it.

Notes

Note: While viewing all clients, buttons that add new records are hidden, such as adding equipment, employees, documentation pages, files, changes, racks or subnets. New records always belong to one client, so pick it first.

Troubleshooting

"Pick a client in the switcher first" You opened a page that creates a record, such as a new documentation page, while viewing all clients. Choose a client and try again.
