Every new company gets one free trial with no payment details. Choose a plan any time before it ends to keep going.

Overview

The trial starts when whoever signed up confirms their email address. It runs on:

• the plan whose Start free trial button you clicked on the pricing page, or
• the MSP plan, if you chose Our clients' when signing up, or
• the standard trial plan otherwise.

The Start free trial button on tekstacks.com says how many days the trial lasts, and the email titled your ...-day trial has started says when yours ends.

Requirements

• Role: Admin to choose a plan (Plan and billing).
• One trial per email address and per company email domain.

During the trial

• Admins see Free trial active, the days remaining and Choose a plan at the top of the sidebar.
• Billing shows Free trial, ... days left and the end date.
• Two days before the end, the billing email gets your trial ends date.
• An MSP trial includes a limited number of users. Billing shows the cap beside Users ("during the trial").

Steps: keep your account after the trial

1. Open Administration, then Billing, or click Choose a plan in the sidebar.
2. Choose a plan and enter your payment details (see Plans and billing).

You are not charged until the trial would have ended. You can choose any plan, not only the one you trialed.

When the trial ends without a plan

The account is paused: nothing is lost, and choosing a plan unlocks it at once. See Pausing your account.

FAQ

Can I start a second trial with a new account? No. The trial is tied to the sign up email and the company email domain, even after an account is deleted.

Do I keep what I added during the trial? Yes. Everything stays when you choose a plan, and while the account is paused.
