These terms cover your use of TekStacks. By creating an account or using TekStacks, you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the company you sign up for.

Your account

• The person who creates an account is its owner and may invite others. Everyone who signs in is responsible for keeping their password safe.
• Give us accurate information, and tell us if you think someone has used your account without permission.

Your data

What your company puts into TekStacks belongs to your company. You let us store, copy and process it only to provide TekStacks to you. We never sell or share it; see our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having the right to enter the information you add, including information about your employees.

Acceptable use

Do not use TekStacks to break the law, to store anything you have no right to, to attack or overload the service, to get into accounts that are not yours, or to resell access without our written agreement.

Availability and changes

We work to keep TekStacks running and your data safe, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may improve, change or remove features over time.

Fees

If a plan you choose has a price, it will be shown before you are charged, along with how billing and cancellation work.

Ending your account

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms; where we can, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix it. After an account closes, its data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy. Ask us before you close if you want a copy of your data.

No warranty

TekStacks is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we make no promises beyond those in these terms, including that it fits a particular purpose.

Limits on liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us for TekStacks in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will update the date above, and for a significant change we will tell account owners by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use TekStacks after that means you accept the new terms.
